Preparations
- Line a bowl with spinach leaves, layering if necessary.
- Add avocado slices to one corner, chickpeas to another, grape tomatoes to another, sliced red onion and baby carrots to another.
- Add Original Tofu Spread to the center and top with sunflower or pumpkin seeds, if using.
- Sprinkle whole dish with salt and pepper and enjoy!
Tip. You can serve bowl with any flavor of Tofu Spread.

1 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cucumber, medium sized
2/3 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion, sliced
10 spinach, leaves
Kosher or sea salt, to taste
2 tbsp pumpkin or shelled sunflower seeds
