Bagel with Orignal Tofu Spread, Tomatoes and Chives

  1. Lightly toast the bagel.
  2. Spread Tofu Spread evenly over bagel.

Cracker with
Smoked Tofu Spread

  1. Spread Tofu Spread on to the cracker.
  2. Sprinkle watercress, sunflower seeds and salt on top of the crackers.

Pitta bread with Tofu Spread and caramelized onions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over low heat.
  2. Add the onions and a good pinch of salt and cook very slowly for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from catching.
