- Lightly toast the bagel.
- Spread Tofu Spread evenly over bagel.
- Spread Tofu Spread on to the cracker.
- Sprinkle watercress, sunflower seeds and salt on top of the crackers.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over low heat.
- Add the onions and a good pinch of salt and cook very slowly for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from catching.
