Bagel with Orignal Tofu Spread, Tomatoes and Chives

Preparations

  1. Lightly toast the bagel.
  2. Spread Original Tofu Spread evenly over bagel.
  3. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt.

Tip: Make your own herb tofu spread by adding 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh herbs to the Tofu Spread.
Replace red cherry tomatoes with heirloom or yellow and orange cherry tomatoes.
